Octavian is a Romanian born artist (1986) that lives and works in Bucharest. He started creating collages in 2004. His compositions are surreal scenarios embraced by silence and solitude, a space where the unusual comes into play. Sometimes, through his works, Octav is trying to build the same energy that is transmitted to the audience by a symphony or a piano concerto, just by using composition and visual images. His collages are a manifesto towards simplicity, authenticity and the removal of the unnecessary noise in which we are frequently immersed.
