Born in Thailand, Nora was a Vietnamese refugee raised in Portland, Oregon. Her formative years were spent watching cartoons and comedies and her teen years were filled with music, DIY fashion, and angst. She's less angsty now, but music and comedy still influences a lot of what she makes. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her hubby and dog, Pickles.
