Nakeesa has been partnering with her husband and artist George Jennings to bring portrait visual art representing Black and Brown communities for over twenty years. They have participated in many fair and festivals together and produced curated art exhibits and gift shows before the COVID-19 pandemic. Now they are back to bring George’s well-known pieces such as “Ballerina”, “MyBraids”, “Seattle” and many more classics to tire bags, pouches and other items. George is currently working on a 40-piece portrait show featuring Black women and will also include some of the early versions of those pieces on items through Society6.
