I was 26 years old when woke up blind in hospital. Meningitis gave it last breaths, but it didn’t go alone. My optic nerves could not stand the disease. It had taken away most of my sight. It forced me to take a detour into new paths. I had to accept it, overcome it and reinvent myself. And for that, drawing became my tool for recovery.
