IMPORTANT UPDATE 25 JANUARY 2024! I'M ABOUT TO CHANGE MY ARTIST'S PLAN AS I CANNOT AFFORD IT ANYMORE so I will soon have only 10 designs in my Society6 shop instead of over 1100 that I spent months and months uploading, tagging, putting into collections etc (about two years of intense work applied, where more than 40 of my designs have sold on various products, but I rarely made as much money in one month as the pro plan costs me for one month ) and the low prices / low markups that I previously had on many products (as still detailed below just for your interest only) will also no longer apply - markups in my Society6 shop will all be 10% now, and I guess my collections will fall away too as there will be only 10 designs so no real point of putting so few into collections.........

TO MY CUSTOMERS: Did you notice the LOW PRICES of products in my shop? DID YOU KNOW? Artists set their own markup prices on the base prices of different products on Society6. I've set my markups very LOW, on some products AS LOW AS only 4 or 5% !!.......

Even better, MY MARKUP IS ONLY 3% (YEAH, ONLY 3% !!) ON THESE 3 ITEMS IN MY SHOP ....... Credenzas, Wall Murals, and Kids Joggers .......

I FEEL I MUST MAKE SPECIAL MENTION OF ONE OF MY ONLY 5% MARKUPS - 9-PIECE WOOD WALL ART - It's already a great bargain to get 9 x wood panels in one product, that can be hung together or separately, for example if the image/design is somewhat abstract, or if each of the nine pieces makes sense or looks great on its own, you are getting NINE wood wall art pieces in one product - you could even hang them in different rooms, and then to add to this already existing great bargain, my markup on this 9-piece wood wall art product is just 5% .................

GENERAL INFO/BIO: I try to have about 70% of my images in my Society6 shop relate to coastal or tropical or beachy boho or beach house decor........

Photography I've loved since I was 12. I also enjoy fiddling in photo editing programs - most of my "designs" start off with a photo I've taken..........

I've also recently (in 2023) taken an interest in AI Art (Artificial Intelligence Art) (computer/robot generated images). I do this on playgroundai.com which allows commercial use of one's creations - even so, I always use my own text prompts (to describe what I'd like to see), and generally often also further edit the images and/or start off with an image of my own creation to base the generated creations on.......

I've won a few local photography competitions in the past - my prizes have included weekends away, restaurant and shopping vouchers, digital cameras, beach towels, product hampers, and a creative photography course..........

My husband (60something) and I (50something) - this bio last updated in May 2024 - love to collect sea glass, beach pebbles, and driftwood, on beaches in or near East London in South Africa. I love taking photos at the beach, and of our beachcombing finds.........

For over 10 years our main work from home income source has come from small local craft markets where we sell the items that we make at home, items that often include sea glass and driftwood.........

The beach means so, so much to us - we hope it means a lot to you too.........

Although I joined Society6 in August 2019, I added just 13 artworks in the next 2 years (between August 2019 and August 2021). From only August 2021 did I start giving more attention to Society6, A LOT MORE attention, unfortunately time wasted as I could not afford the fees when they were introduced, introduced before I was able to build up and market my shop here even more than I already had/was.........
