Promised Christmas Delivery
Overall the quality of the product is awesome. The throw blanket I got seemed a little smaller then I thought, but the image is clear with only one slight wrinkle in the corner.
The softness of it is amazing.
Now, as for promoting and promising delivery on a certain date.... That's bad. Either you should NOT promise it at all, or use a better delivery method than USPS. FedEx would be my GO to.
Secondly, when you did miss the delivery date.... All I got was an IOU to print out for my loved one, that literally was the most cocky thing I've ever read. Something along the lines of "IOU, sorry the most amazing gift is already bought, it's just not here yet."
Pretty bold to send that to someone that was only using your company because of the Christmas delivery promise. Also the compensation was a discount for a next purchase.... Which after the delivery failure... Why would I use your company again?
