Cat with ball Metal Print

I LOVE society6 - I've been shopping here for years. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed, and isn't by the artwork. I ordered an 8x8 metal print, and the installation hardware included is a wire... except the metal wire has been folded over itself 3 times, and it's connected to the art by these little hooks that move outward. Not only does the art not sit flat on the wall, but it doesn't rest securely on a nail, screw, or hook. I don't know who decided that a thrice folded over metal wire was a good idea for an 8x8 metal art print, but let me tell you it wasn't. Worse, when I contacted customer service they told me the website said that it may include a metal wire... and yes, it did. A single metal wire not folded over itself three times. I couldn't find any instructions that would help hang this particular format, and when I asked for further help I was told I could purchase a sawtooth myself to hang the artwork and provided a link to buy some on Amazon. A sawtooth should have been included in the first place. So in summary: this site has amazing artwork, but beware the hardware and customer service.
